Alexa Zavala grew up in Ventura, California, and from a very young age always gave special attention to detail. Growing up she found passion and success in the service industry, as helping others was something that came quite naturally to her. This long-term background and deep understanding of people’s wants and needs propelled her to focus on always doing the right thing when representing buyers and sellers. Alexa’s personal strength in guiding and expediting transactions is due to her detail-oriented nature with a strong emphasis on systems and follow through.
Before launching her full time real estate career, Alexa headed the property management department for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Ventura office for 3 years. Early on in her management career it became apparent she excelled in facilitating service, managing relationships and structuring lines for long-term success. Similar to property management, transactions require a hands-on approach with the expert handling of projects, tasks and deadlines. This necessitates close detailing, structure and implementation in order to meet the end goal. As she maintained the organization of property management, Alexa learned to leverage her communication skills in order to ensure a smooth and seamless road to task completion. This made Alexa a perfect fit for successful real estate transaction handling as she embarked on her career.
Alexa is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the California Association of Realtors®, which help her strengthen the foundation of her real estate business. These memberships also ensure that she is a skillful and trusted real estate advisor.
Being a huge advocate for reading, writing, and interpersonal development, Alexa can be found publishing self-development articles or freelance writing in her freetime. She also enjoys hiking, surfing, and spending time with her two dogs Odie and Tucker along the California coast.
